Please read this Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://hippie-house.com/ website (the "Website") operated by Hippie House California, LLC, a(n) Limited Liability Company formed in California, United States ("us," "we," "our") as this Terms of Service contains important information regarding limitations of our liability. Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

Placing an order

When you make a purchase on the Website, you will be using a third-party payment processor, Square, that will collect your payment information and process your payment. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by Square. The following payment method(s) are accepted by the third-party payment processor: American Express, bank transfer, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third-party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.

Shipping Policy

You should receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase. If no confirmation email is received please contact info@hippie-house.com for confirmation. Typically, an incorrect email was accidentally entered, or it went to the spam inbox.

The shipping label is created first as the order is being prepared for fulfillment. You will receive an email with tracking information. Estimated fulfillment time is up to 5-7 business days. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time. Estimated shipping time is based on once the courier picks up your order from us, and the shipping service you selected at check out. Haus of Hoodoo has no control over package arrival time frames.

USPS Priority Mail/International Mail packages carry insurance via courier.

USPS First Class Mail/International Mail do NOT carry insurance.

ALL UPS packages carry insurance via courier.

Packages marked "Return To Sender" will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and handling.

Hippie House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim with the courier directly. If items arrive damaged you must file a claim with the courier directly. The courier assumes responsibility of the package once they pick it up from us. If you want your package insured above what is covered by the courier please email info@hippie-house.com as soon as you receive your confirmation email for your order along with your order number. Be aware that this is an additional service and there is an additional charge by the courier for this service that will be discussed via email before finalizing.

Hippie House is not responsible for packages that have wrong, incomplete or insufficient addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us by the customer during check out. Parcels marked as "Delivered" do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. You must file a claim with courier if you have not received items marked as "Delivered." Parcels marked as "Abandoned" do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. A claim can not be filed on parcels marked "Abandoned."
